Job Description

  • Oversea and manage team to ensure smoothness of day-to-day operations and back-end activities.
  • Oversea the cash flow in and out of the organization, ensuring sufficient funds are available to meet operational needs.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Oversea and manage team to monitor exchange rate and forward contract.
  • Coordinate with banks to manage banking facilities, loan agreements, and other financial instruments.
  • Monitor the company’s debt levels and ensure compliance with financial covenants.
  • Complete special or ad hoc projects that may be assigned by the management team.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  2. At least 5 years of experience as a supervisor or manager in a public company.
  3. Be experienced project management finance and investment.
  4. Be experience in conducting in depth financial analysis and reporting.
  5. Be experience in in coordinating and procuring funding sources with banks.
  6. Good command of computer (Excel, PPT) skills and Good command of English skills.

  • Analyze, design, and recommend organizational structures aligned with business objectives, market practices, and overall strategy, collaborating with leadership.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as organizational development, organizational psychology, human resources, or a business-related discipline.
  2. Minimum of 3 years experience as an organizational development specialist, with demonstrated skills in org design, job architecture, and HR analytics
  3. Have experience working in organizational culture management
  4. Experience in HR consultancy services is highly desirable.
  5. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  6. Have the ability to persuade and can work well under pressure.
  7. Have communication skills and a great personality
  8. Able to communicate in English at a moderate level

  • Support ultrasound demonstration and increase Demonstration, Pipeline win rate.
  • Provide product training to customers.
  • Create marketing materials for the sales team and to market.

  • Develop luminary site/KOLs for APAC level and able to bring KOLs to speak for Esaote products
  • Established awareness on the latest technology by conducting training to local sales continuously

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor degree/ Diploma, majoring in Veterinary Medicine, Veterinary Technology, Ultrasound Sonography, Radiology, or related disciplines.
  2. Minimum 3 years relevant clinical application working experience, familiar with Ultrasound Products.
  3. Strong communication and demonstration skills.
  4. Self-motivated and good teamwork spirit.
  5. Excellent comprehension of English and local language.
  6. Ability and willingness to travel extensively within areas of responsibility.

  • Equipment Set up, Demonstration, Maintenance and Repair of Ultrasound Diagnostic imaging systems
  • Responsible for providing service training and technical support to customers
  • Provide professional advice to customers and answer their enquiries
  • Support Sales team for various sales activities, such as Exhibitions, workshop, and Training courses
  • Communicate with manufacturer about technical/product issues
  • Service stock management and upkeeping of inventory records
  • To explore and maintain customer relationship, be a good representative for the company
  • Other responsibilities assigned and delegated from to time by the management of the company
  • Occasionally travelling to abroad
  • Service documentation maintenance including monthly report
